The flexibility enabled me to juggle my busy life with shift work, family and studying - Shingie Masango

It has been always my dream to pursue studying in nursing (Mental health) after caring for a close family member. But the stumbling block was I didn't have enough qualification to go to university. I came across DistanceLearningCentre.com on-line and the rest is history. The flexibility of the programme enabled me to juggle my busy life with shift work, family and studying. It was not an easy road in term of assignments but the tutors were so amazing with their positive attitude, support and help which was second to none and I have improved myself academically and my personal skills, ready for the university.
The modules are well-developed and structured which I personally found very understandable. Of course, there were challenges but with the help of the tutorial calls every week I managed to complete my diploma. I got three offers from the universities I applied to ... really pleased with myself. I'm starting a degree in September 2016. I would recommend anyone who wants to fulfil their dreams to enrol with DistanceLearningCentre.com. (Jun 16)
Everything was clearly spelt out in the course materials ... easy-to-read ... step-by-step format - Sue Vecchione

My experience studying with DistanceLearningCentre.com was an experience I undertook with such ease and unexpected flexibility. Having not studied for 30 years, I was completely out of practice with learning and had never undertaken distance learning before, so was initially very sceptical as to whether I would achieve the grades required by University. However, all fears were instantly put aside.
The tutors were incredibly helpful and patient with me. They understood I had 'life' pressures and accommodated my submissions around them. They explained work extremely clearly to me, regularly going 'the extra mile'. I couldn't have asked for better. I had very little free time to study, but all tutor phone calls and homeworks were set around my rare free time.
DistanceLearningCentre.com resources were the best I have ever seen before. Everything was clearly spelt out in the notes they offered which were in an easy-to-read, step-by-step format, making them easy to absorb, including while out and about while I was trying to multi-task with life tasks.
I found out after I had started that university required me to take an additional GCSE, which I had to squeeze in to my Access course study-time. My Psychology tutor was extremely helpful when this time came and allowed me to put Psychology on hold for a few weeks while I studied English as I found it difficult juggling the two subjects together.
Another pleasant surprise I had with DistanceLearningCentre.com is that as well as help with my studies, my tutor spent hours helping me apply to UCAS and wrote them a very detailed reference, overall having spent hours on the phone to me helping me either discussing studies or my UCAS application.
All in all, with an extremely busy personal/work life, I could never have achieved the Distinctions throughout my Access course, not to mention my A* in English Language iGCSE if it wasn't for the dedicated tutors, excellent resources and the flexibility that DistanceLearningCentre.com offers. All of my hard work has paid off. I must admit, it is a real accomplishment! - Maureen Wicks

"Nothing worth having comes easy"
Juggling with full-time work, 3 small children, family/social life, and study is extremely difficult. Time management, commitment and determination are very essential to be able to succeed.
There were times when I felt like giving up. Yet, with the support and encouragement from my family and the DistanceLearningCentre.com tutors all of my hard work has paid off.
Completing the course with 11 Distinctions and 3 Merits -- I must admit, it is a real accomplishment! (Jun 16)
The sheer quality, affordability and support they offer is second to none - Tony Creeney

At 18, I wasn't what you would call 'mature' enough to decide what I would like a career in. Instead, I completed 3 A Levels, which I did not have any interest in and got average grades. Then came the long list of endless soul destroying jobs - on after another like a conveyor belt. Then my friends started finishing their degrees and going into graduate jobs, and it was around this time, being thrown into a corner in a dark office, that I decided that enough was enough - out came Google and the research began!
I always had an interest in Law, but due to my below average A Level results, I thought that was out of reach. However, knowing that my brother did an Access course, I stumbled upon DistanceLearningCentre.com, and after reading the testimonials - and a few reviews from student forums - I enrolled onto the Access to Law course!
I am not one for flattery, but DistanceLearningCentre.com are about to get it by the bucket load, because the sheer quality, affordability and support they offer is second to none! I can honestly say that without them, I would still be in a rut. But now, I have a bright future!
Their materials are easy to understand, and with the distance learning I could fit it around my work so I could earn and learn! The tutors are great and always very helpful, and extremely easy to get hold of so if there was problem, they would help out.
Now I am going onto University doing an LLB Law, and I would never have done it without the team at DistanceLearningCentre.com. Thank you so much guys! (Jun 16)
It is well structured and you are given realistic deadlines for each module - Georgia Lynton

I always knew I wanted to be a social worker, however not having the qualifications put a hold on my dream career. After some long research DistanceLearningCentre.com ticked all of the boxes! I enrolled on the Access to Higher Education Social Work Course and it was the best decision I ever could have made.
My tutor was incredibly supportive and I was able to work at a pace that worked for me. During the course the level of support our tutors give us is so beneficial, and I am so grateful for the wonderful tutor I had and the invaluable support provided.
For a while it was hard to know whether or not I would finish in time for moderation. The course itself requires time, dedication and commitment. It is well structured and you are given realistic deadlines for each module. However, it does take a lot of self motivation and you do have to make a timeline with what needs to be achieved by when to be ready in time for moderation.
Now, less than a year later, I have been accepted into the University of Southampton and hope to start this September. This wouldn't have been possible had I not studied with DistanceLearningCentre.com and I would recommend them to everyone! (Jun 16)
