Hello,

I started my course back in August. I am looking for someone not to just share this experience with, but also someone to help me keep motivated. I would love to hear about how other people are dealing with their studies.

As I already have a very busy life with work and family, I need every ounce of encouragement!

If anyone would like to team up and have someone to motivate them, let me know or add me on facebook - Melody Shaddick.

Hi Princessstally,

Welcome to the forums, I think however that you really want the GCSE forum so I have asked Sue to contact you to help you find your way there.

Welcome again

Hello All,

I'm new to DLC, taking the Access to HE, Allied Professionals, Option 2. It's been a loooooong time since I did any form of education but I'm looking forward to the challenge. I start tomorrow!

Any pointers.........I'd be grateful :-D

Cheers,
Caroline

I'm new to DLC studying Science Opt 1

Postby LDJ317537 » Tue Oct 24, 2017 8:37 pm

Hi All,

I'm Les and I've just started Science Opt 1 with a view to going to Plymouth University to study to be a Paramedic.
If anybody else is studying Science Opt 1, please feel free to get in touch - maybe we could bounce ideas of each other.

Can anyone help me? I'm studying the science progression award but my tutor has only given me the password to Ideas and Evidence in Science and Investigational Skills. I have no other passwords and I'm ready to move on from these topics. I have bags of time this coming week and was planning to study, I'm feeling quite hopeless now as my tutor isn't back until the 3rd of January (today is the 23rd of Dec). If I can't access any material until then I will be taking a complaint. I didn't realise there were different passwords.

Hi Tallulah,

Unfortunately passwords can only be given out by your tutor I'm afraid.
