Hi everyone I'm studying access to biomedical science, at the moment im on the macromolecules assessment and finding TAQ 1 part 2a and 2b difficult. if anyone could help that would be great thank you.

TAQ 1 parts 2a and 2b. The way to do these questions is to set it out step by step. Start with the genotype of the parents. Underneath list the possible gamete genotypes they produce. Then construct the punnett diagram. There's quite a bit about this in the DLC materials.

It is important then to understand the outcomes, as the question asks you for the probabilities of various phenotypes. These can be expressed as a percentage chance (50%), or a 1 in 2, or as a ratio say 1:1.
