How long do tutors normally take to respond to emails?

Usually they should reply within 24 hours (unless on leave).

If you're having problems getting hold of yours, it may be worth dropping a quick message to student services to see if there are any mitigting circumstances you are not currently aware of

Also make sure no e-mails have accidentally been placed into your spam folder or any other filtered folder in your e-mail inbox; it may be that the tutor has responded but simply hasn't reached it's intended destination! :angel:
