I'm stuck feeling totally useless with this question on Hexagonal Prism. given the volume and the length trying to find the area! :? I'm sure I'm really going insane with this one, any suggestions please on how to tackle this one

As you have the volume of the prism and the length you can use the formula for volume to work out the area of the cross section by sort of flipping the formula round. So

Volume = Area of Cross section X Length (this is the same for all prisms)

By rearranging the formula we get

Volume รท length = Area of Cross section
