we want your course feedback!

Postby Rhia Hayday » Wed Jun 22, 2016 2:29 pm

Our aim is to make your studies as enjoyable as possible, and to do this we need your feedback as you’re experiencing it, and not just when you have completed studying with us.

So we have a new email address that you can send your comments to. Please send your comments, any errors or ambiguities you spot, feedback, or ideas on how we can improve to:

feedback@distancelearningcentre.com

This email address will be monitored by the Curriculum Team: still contact Student Services if you need help, advice or guidance.

Thanks so much - we'll take on board all comments and will take action wherever possible.

Hi Richard,

For the Access forum, and the face book groups if you have any problems that you would like to talk to other students about or ask advice if there is something that you are not sure about then just ask your question in the forum sections that are relevant to the question and we will try to answer, we are here to supplement your contact with your tutor and a place where you can make friends, have a chat, find out about university. It is like the student common room if you like.

So do join in and welcome to DistanceLearningCentre.com
Karen :)

Hi

You will need to register on the forum then email the GCSE administrator and tell her your username, the administrator will then add you to the GCSE Mathematics forum. You will need to wait for access until you've been added!

You should of received a welcome email from Sue (GCSE Administrator) already if you have started your GCSE? If you read through it your first password will be in there for your first topics.

Hope this helps you!

Hi all,
Just wanted to know, what is the time frame in which your tutor replies to your emails?
As I have lots of question which are going unanswered and I am chopping at the bit to get this course cracked.

Thanks
Rod

Hi Rod
Tutors reply within 24 hours, but usually much sooner than this. If you've not heard from your tutor please can you email studentservices@distancelearningcentre.com and they will be able to help
