TAQ 3b PHYSICAL DIGESTION- Ileum, duodenum etc

Postby jodipodi83 » Sun Nov 03, 2013 2:38 pm

Hi, just on TAQ 3b talking about Physical Digestion...I know that the intestines have different sections as in the duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum, colon, rectum etc but as the further explaining of 'small intestine' into these subsections seems to only be relevant to chemical processes like enzymes, should I be including them in this physical part or once ive done the mouth, pharynx, oesophagus, stomach can I then simply explain the main 'small intestine', 'large intestine', peristalsis and then the rectum/anal sphincter/defecation without further explaining the ileum, cecum etc??

Or am I missing something major to do with physical and these certain sub sections of the intestine?!!

Hiya

I'd focus entirely on the physical in this case, the other sections are covered in other questions so I'd definitely focus on each criteria in turn, the further explaining in the notes refers to another question within that same group of criteria

I hope this helps

Robin

Thanks Robin, as I thought. Great, less work for me :)
