Research and statistics

Postby Weaves2627 » Sun Mar 02, 2014 11:34 am

Is anyone else struggling with this assignment? I am so confused, there's so much reading material to go through I'm finding it almost impossible to absorb the information and then apply it to the TAQ's
For the first question, is it supposed to be in my own words or referenced?
Standard deviation? I don't know where to start.. I can give a hypothesis and control groups, but what is the SD ACTUALLY representing? I know it is the square root of the variance but this means nothing to me :(
Someone please help

There is a lot of reading but you will need all the knowledge when you do your Practical.

All of the assessment is supposed to be in your own words and referenced accordingly throughout (this includes the tables) All you need to do is answer the short questions in TAQ 2. Do not worry too much about SD.
