In this question you are describing the structure, and linking the parts to the functions of the sperm. A lot of Biology is linking structure to function, in other words, what is it? What does it do?

No a sperm cell is not a nerve cell and I know that there is information on them in the materials so do have another read. If you are still stuck please contact your tutor.
