hello, from a 40year old newbie!!

Postby coz1973 » Sun Sep 15, 2013 7:00 pm

just wanted to say hello and tell you all a bit about myself

I turned 40 on the 10th September
I have 2 girls 3yrs & 4yrs the oldest has started primary school this September and the youngest starts next September only 14mths between them

I've decided to live the dream :D and with a lot of support from my man, handed in my notice as a nursery manager and have started working at MacDonald's to free up time for study and voluntary work as well as the school run when he's at work.

it's a long time since I did any formal study and it's all a bit scary ....BUT
here's to passing the access to midwifery course with flying colours and enrolling in Hallam uni and becoming something I've always dreamed of ....

xxx

Hi there,

These ladies have given me renewed hope! I'm 52 and I want to train as a Physiotherapist. It's never too late.

Good luck to everyone embarking on a course. I hope all your dreams come true.

Jeannine
