Re: Introduction to health and social care

Hi Kirsty, I don't believe one can over research a subject, but what one can do is make oneself more aware of a subject, which is why you have so much information now buzzing in your head :violin: What I recommend is that you read the TAQ and then select that information which best reflects what is ...

Re: health and social care provision, suggestions?

Hi Daniella, You need to contact the board administrator to enable private messaging for you, I believe you hit the criteria to have PM as you have posted a few posts already. The explanation I was given was due to spamming they had to implement a criteria requirement one has to reach before PM's ar...

Re: health and social care provision, suggestions?

Hi daniella, I am not too sure i you managed to progress in your assessment but the advice from rebecca is quite good. What helped me a lot throughout the assessments is good old google, by simply typing in how to measure health and social care you will get loads of up to date information from predo...

Re: Access to Nursing

Hi Ryan, I opted for option 2 studying health and social care, started around the 11th May and currently on topic one Health & Social Care Provision. The amount of effort you put in to your studies does reflect the results you get. I hope you do well and what option did you go for and what cours...

Re: New to the Forum

Hi Karen, Throughout the forum there is mention of the facebook page like you say. I unfortunately don't have a facebook account which probably makes me one of the minority of people who don't use facebook. I do have an excellent tutor however who is always there if I need help regrading aspects of ...

Re: struggling with researching correctly

Hi there, I feel your pain, I am a knowledge junkie to say the least and when something shows up which I have no clue about I tend to be like a dog chasing it's tail and off I go. I believe one word will sum up the issue you are having 'FOCUS' probably about the hardest part will be to resist the ur...

Re: New to the Forum

Hi Bisi

I'm not on the Midwifery course but on the health and social care. Pretty much just started myself.

Trying to get people to join in conversation so far has been the biggest struggle compared to the course material

Hope you manage to get in touch with people on your course.

Hi Keira, That's great news, we not that far behind each other. I have a few days off work soon so will be able to spend more time studying. (Health and Social Care Professions) Option 2

Hi all, I have just begun my adventure with studying for the Health and Social Care Diploma. Was wondering who else is all out there and where you are all hiding! It would be nice to speak to like minded people who are starting, mid-way through or close to finishing their Diploma. If there are...
