Karen Hayday (Director of Studies and Tutor) has a degree in Psychology and Sociology, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). She has been a researcher at a University and has taught in Further and Higher Education for 21 years. Karen has been an external examiner for the Royal College of Nursing and is also a qualified Occupational Tester.

Kim Cullen (Tutor and Admissions) has a Degree in Health and Social Care and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). She has taught Health and Social Care with specialisms in areas such as "identity of third generation young British Asian women" , abortion and maternal deprivation.

Andrew Whitehead (Director of Finance and Administration) has an Honours Degree in Zoology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and has taught in Further and Higher Education for seven years across a wide range of subjects including: Science, Health, Information Technology and Environmental Studies.

Nicky Leeth (Director) has a Masters degree in Psychology, plus a Teacher Training Certificate (PGCE). She has been a researcher at a University and teaches in Further and Higher Education. Nicky has a special interest in Adult Education and has developed and taught both Access to H.E. and Degree Courses.
