You can apply to universities for a Biomedical Science or other related degree course. This could then lead to careers in specialist laboratory work, expert and consultant roles, research, education and management, such as:

Who are Access Courses for?

Access Courses are designed for people who would like to study at university but who left school without the usual qualifications, such as 'A' levels or GCSEs. They are also useful for changing career, entering employment supporting professionals and accessing work-based training.
